We hang our head in shame. Really. For the first time in the history of our company we had a support case that was caused by us. We made a mistake. So our 5 years record has been broken and we start counting again. However, we still hold another record...
We’re not being silly here – or boastful – but we’ve never ever had a technical support question in the history of our company that we could not resolve within 2 days. :) Our software just works. So far.
But, it’s just possible you could be the one.
Yes, you. You could ruin our perfect record. By entering your problem below and clicking on ‘Submit’, you will be causing a great deal of wailing and horrendous gnashing of teeth throughout the Awesome Mega Mighty Games Quality Control department.
Once we receive your complaint, we will find the guilty party that miscoded the product and fire him … with extreme prejudice. We will demand repayment of all salary to date. We will notify his family that he is a failure.
But, you – you don’t care, do you? You just want to be the first to post a product support question. Who cares if staff go homeless? Certainly, not you! No! You just want a game that works and to heck with the consequences.
So, go ahead and tell us what doesn’t work. Really. We want to know.
