OK, look - all lawyers are instructed to bugger off. Failing that, read Legal Stuff below. Frankly, we'd prefer you just bugger off - but you're not into being accommodating, are you?
For the rest of us, here's the deal:
We make games. Jokes. We have fun. If you do, too, we might make some money. If not, we will still have fun - that's who we are. Hope you are too.
The stuff we make works for us. We are not trying to do anything that we consider nasty, malicious, damaging or, even, uncool. Really. We are not the suits. We don't even play "dress up" with the suits.
If you have a problem with our software or it explodes your computer or causes some religious fundamentalist to popup on your screen, it isn't our fault. We didn't knowingly put it there. If this happens, remove our software. Tell your friends. Post a note on the Internets.
All our stuff are belong to us. We truly believe we created everything here. And, we have really, really worked hard to make this stuff. Really. So, what we make, belongs to us. Having it on your computer does not mean the graphics, sounds or other stuff in our software is yours. It's ours. You can't use it without the express written consent of Major League Baseball ... oops, you can't recycle our stuff.
We like privacy. We REALLY like privacy. We like it so much, we'd like to show you our internal privacy memo. But we can't. It's private. Really. Likewise, we treat your information in much the same way. We keep your information private as best we can. Likewise, keep all stuff in your life not involving our software to yourselves. We don't need to know what happy blue pill we should take [we take the red ones], we don't need to know that $10M is waiting for us in Nigeria. We don't need to see pictures of barely legal teens. [We look at them, we just don't need to...well, except on Friday afternoons when we sit around lying about our weekend plans. God, we are soooooo lonely.] So, if you send us any stuff we don't want to know about, we will charge you $10,000 for our marketing services in reviewing your message.
We're reasonable people - at least, we think so. You may disagree. That's cool. It's what makes life more fun than eating lice off each other.
And speaking of eating lice off each other, please read the information below if you're interested in us asserting our legal rights in a way that lawyers can muck with. But, that would make you very very uncool.
